RESERVATION FOR AUDIO/VISUAL MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT
Faculty and students may reserve audiovisual equipment for class use. The Computer Laboratory itself may be reserved for use for a special event or for class sessions. See the Computer Laboratory PA to make arrangements.
Faculty members will be asked at the beginning of each semester to reserve any equipment that they expect to use on a regular basis. Please ask the Computer Laboratory staff if you have any questions about what equipment is available.
Please also request films or videos at the beginning of the semester if possible. If the Laboratory Library does not own the items, we can purchase, rent, or borrow items if possible.
If a student reserves a piece of equipment for use in a class presentation, that reservation will be honored even if a faculty member decides at the last minute that he/she would like to use the equipment. We will, however, make every effort to locate additional equipment or work out a compromise that will provide everyone with needed equipment.
Please plan as far ahead as possible when requesting equipment, or when requesting production assistance.
The Computer Laboratory PA is responsible for the daily maintenance of the Computer Laboratory. If you have any comments/questions/suggestions, please feel free to contact the Computer Laboratory PA or the Library Director.
