Welcome!
The Beta Beta Epsilon chapter of Beta Phi Mu was formed in 1984 at the School of Library and Information Studies, University of Wisconsin, Madison. Any member of the Society in good standing is eligible to join the local chapter. The purposes of the chapter are:
- To recognize academic achievement in librarianship and information science by identifying outstanding students and scholars.
- To promote scholarship by sponsoring appropriate professional and scholarly projects.
- To offer a scholarship program.
